This is a QSHE Manager role with Brunel based in Perth, WA, AU Brunel Role Seniority - senior More about the QSHE Manager role at Brunel About This Role Lead and enhance the company's QHSE Management System Promote a strong, proactive safety culture across all work fronts Conduct and oversee ISO-aligned audits Lead incident investigation, learning capture and corrective action close-out Conduct operational and equipment risk assessments (including offshore execution risks) Support emergency response planning and readiness activities Provide QHSE leadership into project planning and contractor coordination Conduct worksite inspections and operational readiness verifications Act as the QHSE interface between the well services company and the global operator Requirements Demonstrated QHSE leadership experience in offshore oil & gas environments Background in well services, completions, drilling, or installation campaigns is highly regarded Strong understanding of regulatory and management system compliance frameworks Confident engaging and influencing at both frontline and senior leadership levels Strong communication, coaching and relationship-building capability Self-driven, proactive and committed to continuous improvement Benefits Excellent day rates!
