About the role We are seeking a Receptionist/Studio Assistant to join the Melbourne team on a 6-month contract. This is a front-of-house and administrative role, acting as the first point of contact for clients and visitors while providing essential support to the studio. You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and maintaining a welcoming environment. Responsibilities Receive and transfer incoming calls professionally and greet visitors with exceptional customer service. Coordinate meeting rooms, organise catering, and assist with studio events and celebrations. Manage office consumables, stationery orders, and liaise with building management for maintenance needs. Assist with staff onboarding, travel bookings, and ad hoc administrative tasks such as data entry and presentations. Maintain the presentation of office spaces and manage the archive system. About you To be successful in this role, you will have: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Previous experience in corporate reception, business support, or customer service. Ability to take initiative and work independently. A team-focused attitude with excellent organisational skills.
