The Afternoon Production Supervisor to provide frontline supervision to production employees and ensure product is produced to meet deadlines while maintaining the best quality product for our customers. The position is responsible for the day-to-day management of people within production, to ensure company's targets and objectives are met to meet customer requirements, ensuring that staff comply with Health & Safety standard operation procedures. Duties & Responsibilities: Drive performance of team, giving them direction and feedback Prepare and communicate work plans and delegate and oversee production process to ensure meeting the daily/monthly targets. Monitor and adjust workloads on machines to meet production schedules and monitor production output and identify bottlenecks or delays. Ensure KPIs are met by working to the Operational Plan. Work with the Maintenance team to ensure all scanners for machines and loading are functional and report any problems. Strive to exceed the company targets in productivity, efficiency and quality on a continuous basis. About You!
