12 month fixed term contract on salary |Based in Chatswood Experience working in Insurance industry in a customer centric role Experience in Business Process and Change management|3 days in office Our client is looking for a Business Process and Change Analyst to design, optimise, and implement business processes and lead change initiatives on behalf of the Customer Experience & Digital (CE & D) team that enable strategic growth, operational excellence, and customer-centricity. The role drives successful adoption of new ways of working, engages stakeholders at all levels, and leverages digital solutions to deliver sustainable improvements. Key Skills Required: Strong business process design and mapping capabilities (e.g., BPMN, Visio, or similar tools). Hands-on experience with change management methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter). Solid grounding in project management principles (Prince2, Agile, or PMP preferred). Experience in working within Customer Experience & Digital (CE & D) team in Insurance industry Skilled in facilitating workshops and leading process reviews. Experience working in General Insurance industry in a customer centric role Experience in Insurance or financial services operations Excellent communication for change messaging and training. Ability to manage resistance and drive adoption. Leading customer experience process redesign and change initiatives. Experience in Strategic thinking and process analysis.
