The Position In the role of a Property Manager your responsibilities will include: Take ownership of the daily management of a quality property portfolio Lead tenant selection and manage smooth lease renewals Stay on top of rent arrears, reviews, and professional communication Coordinate maintenance and routine inspections with ease Thrive in a vibrant, high-demand rental market The Person The ideal candidate for the role of Property Manager will have/be: At least 2 years' experience in a Property Manager role leasing residential apartments.
