The Role This varied role will have you be the go-to in the People Operations team, and whilst no day looks the same your role will see you; Facilitation of key HR processes and data capture, working independently with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate completion of requirements, HRIS administration, including ongoing maintenance, validation, and updating of employee data within the HR system. Creation and management of employee lifecycle documentation, applying strong knowledge of the business and its processes to ensure accuracy and compliance. Project and administrative support, contributing to HR and cross-functional initiatives through coordination, documentation, and operational input. This role can be based in either Sydney or Melbourne . Your Background and Experience You’ll thrive in this role if you bring experience from a HR environment, whether that’s been in HR Administration, coordination, or HR Operations. You’re someone who loves enjoys being organised, juggling multiple priorities, and supporting stakeholders with professionalism and care.
