Description Senior Facilities Manager Location : Brisbane Work Arrangement: Hybrid Employment Type : Full Time About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Facilities Manager to support our Data Centre operations in Brisbane. This hybrid role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to excellence in service delivery, safety, and stakeholder engagement. Candidates must be willing to undergo a Federal Police Check and obtain NV1 security clearance. Manage delivery of the services agreement, ensuring all contractual KPIs are achieved. Oversee employees, subcontractors, and vendors through effective leadership and communication. Administer and oversee hard and soft services, including contractor induction, access, and compliance. Use and maintain the BGIS CMMS for scheduling, reporting, and maintenance coordination. Monitor critical equipment and environments; escalate abnormalities as required. Coordinate routine and reactive maintenance, including after-hours switching, project work, and participation in a 24/7 call-out roster. Prepare daily shift reports and support capital planning. Ensure compliance with all HSEQ policies, procedures, work instructions, and emergency processes. Verify completion of risk assessments, subcontractor documentation, and job hazard analyses. Identify and report risks, near misses, and hazards; support corrective actions. Conduct regular site inspections and act as first response during incidents, following established escalation protocols. Knowledge & Experience Proven experience across integrated services, facilities management, property management, and/or project management. Strong background in large-scale maintenance operations. Data Centre experience highly regarded but not essential. Familiarity with legislative and statutory requirements for maintenance activities. Experience with whole-of-life cost optimisation, environmental/ESD/energy management, and OH&S systems. Comfortable working within QA, OH&S, and environmental management frameworks. Qualifications Desirable: Trade qualification (Mechanical/Electrical) plus post-trade certification (Engineering Certificate or Associate Diploma). Essential: Qualifications or demonstrated experience in Facilities Management.
