Job Description Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, as a Shift Supervisor you will play a vital role in the restaurant as a trainer, coach and mentor to crew level employees. You will be responsible for bringing our values of “Guest Obsessed” and “People Power” to life, delivering exceptional service to our Guests and creating an environment that promotes safe working conditions for all. Your responsibilities will include: Leading and supervising shifts to ensure smooth and safe operations. Ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
