Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop B2B sales opportunities across priority sectors such as education, agriculture, government, mining, and commercial enterprises. Engage clients to understand operational challenges and recommend tailored robotics solutions that deliver efficiency, safety, and cost improvements. Conduct product demonstrations (virtual or onsite) showcasing technical capabilities and application scenarios of advanced robotics systems. Collaborate closely with technical and engineering teams to translate customer requirements into customised solution proposals. Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closing. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term engagement. Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and market insights to support strategic planning and business growth. Attend industry events, exhibitions, and client site visits to promote the company’s robotics solutions and expand market visibility. Provide feedback to the product and technical teams on customer needs, market trends, and opportunities for product improvement. Support after-sales coordination by working with service specialists to ensure smooth deployment, training, and ongoing client support.
