The Role Primarily acting as a BA, it will be a bonus if you have experience supporting projects with processes such as preparing gate packs, status reports or even coordination of vendor activities. Delivering a variety of HR-centric initiatives next year, including improving Time and Attendance solutions, introducing SAP Joule capabilities, and enhancing Learning Systems, you will play a vital role in analysing existing processes, supporting solution selection, and coordinating activity across multiple stakeholders, including HR, vendors, and IT teams. Key Responsibilities Gather and refine requirements for HR and process improvements such as SAP SuccessFactors Learning and Time Management solutions Support project governance activities, including preparing gate packs and status reports Facilitate workshops to align stakeholder expectations and clarify needs Assist with vendor coordination and tracking project deliverables Analyse current systems, identify gaps, and recommend optimal paths forward Support testing phases, including user acceptance testing for new solutions Skills & Experience Experience in business analysis within HR, ideally with T&A and/or SAP Exposure to SAP solutions, including SuccessFactors, SAP Joule, or related systems Good understanding of HR processes, learning platforms, and system integration Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio or similar Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex processes into clear documentation Relevant qualifications in IT, Business Analysis or HR systems preferred Work Rights Must have valid work rights in Australia.
