About the Team & Office You’ll be joining the Hit Network’s National Drive show – Carrie & Tommy, one of Australia’s most listened-to shows, known for its energy, creativity and connection with audiences across the country. This is a fast-paced, high-profile show that thrives on collaboration and innovation, delivering content that resonates on-air and online. Our Melbourne office is located in the heart of Melbourne CBD and is the hub for the Hit Network’s national content team. It’s a vibrant, modern space designed for creativity and teamwork, with access to state-of-the-art studios and production facilities. You’ll work alongside some of the best in the business – all focused on shaping the future of audio. A day in the life? You’ll lead the charge on Carrie & Tommy, the Hit Network’s national Drive show, making sure every moment is sharp, seamless and on-brand. Your mornings start with setting the creative direction — shaping the content strategy and guiding the team through planning and big-picture decisions. When the mics go live, you’re in control: supporting talent, solving challenges fast and keeping compliance front of mind. You’ll work closely with Marketing to amplify the show’s reach, partner with engineers to keep everything running smoothly, and motivate the production team to deliver content that connects — across radio, digital and social. What You’ll Need Proven content leadership across multi‑platform (Radio, Digital, Streaming). Strong talent management and team‑building skills. Technical know‑how in studio and OB environments. Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and adaptability. Results‑driven, creative and compliance‑savvy. Previous EP or Content Manager experience (network/national show preferred).
