Your function: The Data Entry Clerk supports essential business functions through accurate data entry, quality-controlled processes, and Accounts Payable support. Suitable for early-career accounting aspirants or mature, meticulous individuals. Flexible working arrangements apply, and location is not a barrier Day to day: Accurately enter, update, and maintain information in internal systems Conduct daily quality checks to meet accuracy standards Identify and resolve data inconsistencies Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Process basic invoice entries and matching Assist with data for reconciliations Support AP workflow requirements Contribute to team collaboration and workflow efficiencies Your profile: Essential • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Reliable and able to start immediately • Meets daily quality standards • Strong communication and teamwork • Independent, organised, and dependable • Interest or exposure to Accounts Payable Desirable: • Prior data entry, admin, or AP experience • Exposure to accounting systems or ERP tools • Certificate-level study in business or accounting • Admin, data entry, or financial support experience Settling in: At DLL, we are many things.
