Job Description As the Business Finance FP&A Lead at NCS Australia, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of our organisation. Acting as a strategic business partner and trusted advisor to senior leaders, you’ll collaborate closely with department heads to develop and execute financial strategies that drive business growth and success. Your responsibilities will include: Leading the budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes. Analysing financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making at the highest level. Driving continuous improvement and automation in financial processes, including the use of AI for forecasting and scenario planning. Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and implementing robust risk management strategies. Coaching and mentoring operational and sales teams in financial best practices. You’ll be instrumental in integrating business processes, systems, and structures to support our ambitious growth targets. With oversight of a team of FP&A professionals, you’ll help shape a high-performing, collaborative finance function that supports both commercial and delivery excellence.
