Distribution/ Warehouse Operator – WA (Casual & Part-Time Opportunities!) Looking for flexible work? You're in the right place. We're building a talent pool of casual and part-time team members to support our Replenishment and Dispatch operations in WA. If you're reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable in a fast-paced warehouse environment, we'd love to meet you. This opportunity is also open to students and Working Holiday Visa holders. What We're Looking For Experience in warehouse, dispatch, or replenishment operations (preferred but not essential for the right person) A current forklift licence — Order Picker License experience is highly regarded Understanding of safe manual handling and warehouse processes Ability to stack pallets safely and efficiently A team-first mindset and a reliable, proactive attitude Willingness to jump across various warehouse tasks when needed (inbound, outbound, etc.) What You'll Be Doing Operating forklifts for replenishment and pallet stacking Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders Completing pre-start checks and keeping equipment safe and compliant Loading and unloading trucks and containers, including receiving and put-aways General housekeeping and stock control Working with Team Leaders and Supervisors to hit daily targets What You'll Get From Us A supportive, safety-driven workplace where you're treated like part of the family Training and development opportunities with a major national retailer & available training opportunity for MHE Team discounts across the Fantastic Furniture range A friendly, down-to-earth culture where everyone helps each other out * Nationwide opportunities — with Distribution Centres and stores across Australia, visa holders can explore transfer options as they move around the country, with potential to progress to full-time employment for those eligible.
