We're currently seeking an experienced Distribution Centre Operator to join our Replenishment and Dispatch team. You'll need to hold a current forklift licence and have proven experience operating a High Reach forklift, ideally within a dispatch or replenishment environment. What We're Seeking: Previous experience in dispatch and replenishment operations within a warehouse or distribution centre. Current Forklift Licence – High Reach experience essential. Strong understanding of safe manual handling and warehouse processes. Proven ability to stack cartons on pallets efficiently and safely. Reliable, team-focused, and proactive in maintaining a clean, organised workspace. Flexibility to work across various warehouse functions when required (inbound, outbound, FLF, etc.). Your Day-to-Day Will Include: Operating High Reach forklifts for replenishment and pallet stacking. Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders accurately and efficiently. Conducting pre-start checks and maintaining MHE in safe working order. Loading and unloading trucks and containers. Performing housekeeping and stock control duties.
