The Site Sydney Lakeside Holiday Park is the newest caravan park to be proudly managed by BelgraviaPRO. Only 45 minutes from Sydney CBD, Sydney Lakeside Holiday Park boasts a fantastic location where Narrabeen Lake meets North Narrabeen surf beach. Guests can enjoy surfing, kayaking, fishing and stand-up paddle boarding. The holiday park offers a variety of accommodation types including cabins, villas, powered and unpowered sites for caravans and tents. It also features play areas for children and several amenity blocks with bathrooms, laundry and kitchen areas. The Role To provide leadership and direction in the coordination of grounds and maintenance management. Duties include but not limited to, gardening, daily minor maintenance and presentation of sites and cabins, handyman services, work health safety procedures and cleaning tasks including cooking facilities, amenities, and waste management. You will operate and develop relevant documentation with delivery of industry best practice services for the maximum benefit of all stakeholders including guests, staff, and the company. About You An experienced individual or management team, who are highly customer focused, and equally passionate about the presentation of grounds, customer amenities, safety, tourism, environment, and culture whilst delivering exceptional guest first experiences. You will be friendly, enthusiastic with a demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and lead a team. You possess proven experience in a similar role and available to work a flexible roster over a 7–10-day roster cycle including weekends, evenings, and public holidays. Selection Criteria Proven experience in a similar role General handyman, maintenance, and gardening experience Experience operating and maintaining equipment such as lawn mowers, edgers, sweepers, whipper snippers hedge trimmers, sprayers, and basic hand tools Well-developed communication and organisation skills Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks Demonstrated ability to work with limited supervision Capabilities to manage manual handling and physical task requirements Essential Holiday Park / Tourism experience First Aid Level 2 and Current CPR Current Australian Police Check (within 3 months) Working with Children's Check or equivalent Australian Driver's Licence Legally entitled to work in Australia Key Accountabilities Maintaining the grounds in a clean, tidy, and safe condition meeting the expectations of guests and business partners Maintain all site facilities and amenities at an acceptable standard Always maintain the safety and security of all staff and guests Be hands-on and possess a positive can-do attitude Achievement of agreed KPI's Management and compliance to Occupational Health and Safety, Risk and Environmental Statutory Regulations and company policies The Company Belgravia PRO is a management services company specialising in the operation of tourism properties, from campgrounds to large-scale tourist parks.
