About the Role In this role, you’ll be involved in a variety of tasks to help ensure product quality and compliance. Some of your key responsibilities will include: Conducting routine egg quality testing and visual inspections Monitoring print quality on eggs and cartons to ensure legibility and compliance Recording and verifying QC results in line with customer and export standards Supporting lane changeovers and quality checks during production Monitoring key equipment including UV lights and wash machines Escalating defects or machine concerns promptly to the QC Supervisor or Production team Completing documentation accurately and maintaining strong attention to detail Assisting with start-up, shut-down and cleaning procedures for QC equipment What We’re Looking For Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety Ability to follow processes and work accurately in a fast-paced environment Good communication and problem-solving skills Previous production or quality control experience is an advantage A team mindset with the ability to work independently when required Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude What You’ll Get in Return Full on-the-job training and ongoing support A friendly and team-focused work environment A role that contributes directly to product quality and customer trust Opportunities for growth within a leading Australian agribusiness Team perk: two dozen free eggs every fortnight from McLean Farms If this sounds like the right fit for you, we’d love to hear from you.
