Description As HR Business Partner, you will: Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement people strategies aligned with business goals. Drive talent management, including recruitment, development, and retention strategies in collaboration with HR functional teams. Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment legislation. Lead organizational development initiatives, supporting change management and cultural improvement. Develop and interpret HR policies, ensuring alignment with best practices and legislative requirements. Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and inform decision-making. Support learning and development programs, facilitating workshops and encouraging manager engagement. Promote employee engagement through initiatives that enhance wellbeing and organizational culture Ensuring HR processes, documentation and systems meet compliance and legislative requirement Profile 8-10 years of HR experience, including at least 4 years in a HRBP role. Strong experience in ER case management and Unions negotiation Experienced within the Manufacturing industry Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to influence and partner with senior leaders in a dynamic environment.
