TRS Resourcing is seeking a Full-Time Parts Administrator to support one of our key clients. Working closely with the Parts Manager, you will play an important role in ensuring accurate processing of parts orders and maintaining efficient stock control. Responsibilities Support the Parts Manager with managing consignment stock and coordinating the return of obsolete items. Track supplier back orders and handle credits and warranty returns. Assist Parts Interpreters by confirming delivery schedules for ordered parts. Raise purchase orders and process invoices within the Dealer Management System. Contribute to general stock maintenance and administration. Prepare supplier invoices for payment. Help organise annual and rolling stocktakes. Complete daily receipting of parts into inventory. Assist with parts promotions and basic marketing tasks where needed. Skills & Experience Strong attention to detail. Previous experience in parts operations is beneficial. High level of computer competency. Confident communication and interpersonal skills, including phone handling. Clear written and verbal communication. Excellent organisational and time-management abilities. Positive, friendly, and proactive attitude. Experience with parts inventory systems is an advantage.
