Description The Senior FP&A Manager will be responsible for the following, but not be limited to: Lead the financial planning and analysis processes to support strategic initiatives. Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models. Collaborate with key stakeholders to provide actionable financial insights. Dynamic cash flow updates to maintain liquidity Rolling forecasts and scenario planning to anticipate changes Hedging strategies Monitor and analyse financial performance, identifying trends and variances. Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior management. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Drive improvements in financial processes and systems. Support decision-making by providing accurate and timely financial information. Other ad hoc activities Profile A successful Senior FPA Manager should have: A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. Professional qualifications such as CA or CPA. Experience within energy, utilities (commodities based environment) highly desirable Strong experience in financial planning and analysis within a corporate environment. Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis tools. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
