Glandore, Full Time, Retail Please Quote Reference Number 14377 Seeking an experienced Retail Manager Remuneration - $80,000 - $84,000 Join the ALL IN ONE ASIAN GROCERY team in Glandore ALL IN ONE ASIAN GROCERY is a Nepali South Asian grocery, fruit and vegetable store that has been in operation since September 2019, and we are currently actively looking for an experienced Retail Manager to join our Glandore team in a full time role working 38 hours a week. Duties/Responsibilities include : Determining product mix, stock levels and service standards Formulating and implementing purchasing and marketing policies, and setting prices Promoting and advertising the grocery shop's goods and services Selling goods and services to customers and advising them on product use Monitor inventory, sales performance, and stock levels to ensure optimal product availability Manage budgets, financial performance, and cost controls to meet business targets, by undertaking budgeting for the grocery shop Controlling selection, training and supervision of staff Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations Preparing and monitoring: store rosters, sales reports & store/team compliance Oversee all day-to-day retail operations to ensure smooth and efficient store management. Prepare regular reports on sales, team performance, and operational issues. Ensure adherence to food safety, WHS, and relevant legislation Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with food and workplace regulations Applicants must hold a AQF associate degree or Advanced Diploma or Diploma in Business Management / Retail Management and Hospitality Management or equivalent, as well as have at least 1 year of previous experience in a similar role.
