This remote luxury lodge is seeking an experienced hospitality professional to support the daily operations and guest experience of a high-end property. The Role The Assistant Lodge Manager supports the on-site leadership team with the smooth running of lodge operations and the delivery of high service standards. This position plays a key role across guest services, team support, administration and daily lodge presentation. Responsibilities include: Overseeing daily guest experience to ensure service consistently exceeds expectations Supporting and guiding the front-of-house, housekeeping and kitchen teams Assisting with onboarding, training and day-to-day coordination of lodge staff Managing administrative tasks including stock control, scheduling, ordering and invoicing Providing hands-on operational support across departments, including guest transfers and camp servicing Skills and Experience Previous supervisory experience within hospitality or tourism Strong guest service skills with high attention to detail Confident using computer systems, reservations platforms or basic financial processes Excellent communication, organisation and time-management abilities Manual driver's licence; 4WD experience or willingness to learn Benefits & Culture Competitive remuneration package On-site accommodation included $500 per month food allowance All utilities covered (power, water, internet) Supportive team culture with opportunities for growth and development If you're ready to take the next step in your hospitality career and experience life in one of Australia's most breathtaking outback locations, we'd love to hear from you.
