Provide comprehensive executive business support to the Director of the Rural Generalist Coordination Unit. Develop and deliver workforce initiatives and projects designed to drive and achieve the objectives of the Northern Territory Rural Generalist Program whilst managing the operational requirements of the branch and contributing to strategic planning.
