Deliver leadership and management to the unit to enable the effective, high quality, culturally informed delivery of the Elders Visiting Program. Undertake the development of cultural strategies and initiatives across the Northern Territory, consistent with the Government and Departments commitments, objectives and operational practice, for improving outcomes for Aboriginal people.
