About the Opportunity An opportunity has arisen for a Project Controller to join our Golden Grove operation in Western Australia. This site-based role reports to the Engineering Superintendent and operates on a 4:3 roster. Your focus will be on providing project control and governance support to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, accurately, and in line with site standards. This is a 12-month contract with the potential to become a permanent position Your primary responsibilities will include: Supporting project cost tracking, forecasting, accruals and budget performance reporting. Maintaining accurate project schedules, registers, dashboards and key documentation. Monitoring project progress, identifying deviations and supporting corrective actions Managing and controlling all project documentation, ensuring version control, accuracy and traceability. Providing project administration support, including reporting, meetings, procurement coordination and contractor onboarding. Ensuring compliance with the 29Metals Project Management Framework, safety standards and documentation requirements. About You Our ideal candidate will have experience in a project control, cost administration, or document control role within mining, engineering, or a related heavy industry. They will also bring a practical knowledge of project governance, management of change, and the project lifecycle. Other key skills, experience, and qualifications: Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related discipline. Understanding of project cost management, scheduling, and performance reporting. Familiarity with engineering and project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and QA/QC records. Proficient in document control processes and systems. Proficient in ERP systems, MS Project, Excel, and other project control tools.
