We’ve got the rocks covered but we’re looking for one more incredible person to join our team at Cracow in Central Qld The Nitty Gritty Reporting to the Mine Manager you as Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing daily activities of the mine production team and ensuring standards are maintained awhile driving production targets. You will provide direction and leadership to the crews directly and through your Supervisors as direct reports with sound decision-making, delegation and behaviour in line with the Aeris Values and assist with the setting of operational schedules and goals. About You: Bachelor’s degree in Mine Engineering (highly regarded) 5 years plus years of experience in a similar supervisory position 8 years of demonstrated practical grounding in underground hard rock Good people management skills Proven ability to accurately monitor and report costs and provide forecasts Supervisors G1, G8, G9 (formerly S1, S2, S3) Training Course (Mandatory) What we offer: Fly In, Fly Out from Brisbane or Sunshine Coast.
