Be part of something. Every time a shipment moves, Yojee makes it visible, intelligent, and efficient. We’re not building dashboards for clicks. We’re building technology that actually moves the world — optimising how freight flows across air, ocean and road. Logistics is a globally impactful industry still running with processes ripe for disruption with our MOSAIC product and TCMS. If you’re a frontend engineer who wants meaningful, long-lived product challenges (not another feature factory)… keep reading. The Opportunity We’re hiring a Frontend Engineer who can jump into a squad and contribute from day one. You’ll work closely with product, backend, and design to build UI that handles real-time data, complex logic flows, and the operational heartbeat of freight movements. We cannot consider applicants who are not already based in Sydney or actively relocating. Collaborate closely with your squad—engineers talk directly with product and leadership, not through layers of middle management What You’ll Bring 3 years building and shipping modern frontend apps Strong React, TypeScript, JavaScript and solid CSS craftsmanship Experience working on systems with real data, real users, and real consequences Curiosity, reliability, and an eye for clean code Ability to work collaboratively and communicate clearly — we’re friendly, fast-moving, and direct Bonus Points For Experience with intricate workflows, high information volume interfaces Experience in building component libraries Contributions to open-source Experience with greenfield projects or scaling-stage startups Why You’ll Love Working Here Real Engineering, Real Impact: You’ll work on meaningful product challenges — not repetitive form-and-table UI. Direct line of sight to product, design, and leadership. You get context, ownership, and visibility. Growth With Meaning: This is a place for builders who want to leave a mark on something real.
