Description Permanent/continuing, full time position Level 5: $84,002 - $94,998 17% superannuation The Opportunity As the Student Experience & Events Officer, you’ll be at the heart of creating memorable, meaningful and high-impact experiences that define the student journey. You’ll play a hands-on role in planning, coordinating and delivering major events, programs and campaigns—working closely with a passionate team to bring on-campus and online initiatives to life. From early planning to event-day execution and post-event evaluation, you’ll help ensure every experience runs seamlessly and leaves a lasting impression. A key part of your role will be keeping our operational systems sharp and reliable. You’ll maintain accurate event records, bookings and databases that enable smooth delivery and informed decision-making across the team. You’ll also contribute to vibrant, student-focused communication by preparing email invitations, creating simple promotional content and responding to enquiries—ensuring students receive clear, engaging and timely information across multiple channels. Your attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement will shine through in your support of data collection and reporting, helping us measure event impact and grow our student initiatives year after year.
