Benefits Competitive casual rate above award Employee Enterprise Agreement Free onsite parking Uniforms provided Staff Christmas Party Staff events Employee Assistance Program - up to 6 sessions annually About the Role In this All-Rounder role, your responsibilities will include, but not limited to: Operating our automatic 7-seater Courtesy Bus to drive Club patrons safely to their home, Friday and Saturday shifts approx 5.30pm - 11pm Building rapport with Members and Guests from diverse backgrounds Assisting Members and Guests with enquiries and requests Working in our Bar and Gaming Area, including beverage service, TAB and Keno Delivery of great customer service experiences accurately and efficiently; and Maintaining cleanliness of our service areas. Requirements Unlimited NSW Drivers' License with clear driving record Current RSA and RCG qualification is essential (or willing to obtain) Current First Aid certification or (willing to obtain) Previous experience in Hospitality/Customer Service is preferred Willing to work in designated outdoor smoking areas for short periods Be available to work Wednesday - Sunday, day, evening and weekend shifts as required Able to meet the physical requirements of the role including sitting and standing Attend a pre-employment medical and other pre- screening checks While this role will predominately be based at our Hubertus Country Club in Luddenham , you may be required to work at the other venues In Blacktown as needed.
