Barback – Marmont (Crown Melbourne)
Marmont is looking for an experienced Barback to join our team. This role is fast-paced, hands-on, and critical to keeping the bar running smoothly. You’ll work closely with our bartenders and supervisors to maintain high standards across service and pack-down.
What You’ll Do
Keep all bar stations stocked with spirits, beer, ice, glassware and garnishes
Maintain clean, organised work areas during service
Assist with general restock, run glassware and support bartenders during busy periods
Handle end-of-night breakdown, cleaning, and resetting the bar for the next day
Follow systems and standards to ensure consistency across the venue
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience as a barback or similar back-of-bar support role
Strong work ethic and ability to stay organised under pressure
Fast, reliable, and confident working in a high-volume environment
Team-focused, with clear and respectful communication
Daytime, night and weekend availability
