The Role:
As a Bar Back/Glassy, you will be the backbone of our bar operations, ensuring smooth service and supporting our bartenders. Key responsibilities include:
- Washing and polishing glassware (glassy duties)
- Restocking fridges and spirit shelves
- Maintaining a clean and organised bar area
- Assisting bartenders with general requests and setup/cleanup duties
- Ensuring a constant supply of ice and other essentials
What We Are Looking For:
- Availability: Weekend availability is essential (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts).
- Experience: Prior experience in a similar role is highly desirable but not essential. We are willing to train the right candidate with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Skills:
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong communication skills and a team-player mentality
