About The Role We’re looking for a Learning Services Manager to lead the design and delivery of a strategic learning framework that builds workforce capability and supports business goals. You’ll manage a high-performing team and oversee learning programs, governance, and technology to ensure excellence. Key Responsibilities Learning Strategy & Delivery: Develop and implement a learning strategy aligned with business objectives. Create engaging blended programs (e-learning, virtual, face-to-face) that meet compliance and capability standards. Leadership: Lead and develop an inclusive, high-performing team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement. Learning Coordination: Manage scheduling, communication, and record-keeping for all learning activities. Oversee vendor relationships and maintain a preferred supplier list. Systems & Technology: Optimise the Learning Management System (LMS) and other technologies, ensuring integration, data accuracy, and a seamless learner experience. Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with leaders and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and align initiatives with talent and capability strategies. Governance & Reporting: Monitor learning metrics, ensure compliance with standards, and manage budgets effectively. Innovation: Drive digital transformation and continuous improvement in learning delivery through new technologies and methodologies.
