Degree-qualified accountant with 3 years’ experience in management and financial accounting. Strong understanding of property industry (highly desirable). Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP). Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience with MRI or similar accounting systems (desirable). The role Join our dynamic onsite team in Sydney as a Senior Portfolio Accountant, supporting two retail assets in Southwestern Sydney & North Western Sydney. From month-end reporting to strategic budgeting, your expertise will help us deliver exceptional results for our landlord. Key Responsibilities Lead month-end reporting, including accruals, prepayments, IFRS adjustments, and variance analysis. Manage client queries and ensure accurate financial reporting. Oversee property outgoings, tenant reconciliations, budgets, and forecasts. Review bank reconciliations and support new property setups. Drive process improvements and assist with strategic projects.
