Key Responsibilities: Process high‑volume transactions in NetSuite , ensuring accuracy across both fund and corporate ledgers. Assist with fund distributions, accruals, reconciliations, and investor reporting. Support month‑end and year‑end close processes, including journal entries and variance analysis. Manage a small volume of AP/AR tasks, ensuring timely processing and accurate reconciliations. Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and timely reporting. Contribute to process improvement initiatives, automation projects, and system enhancements. Provide ad hoc analysis and support for new product launches and corporate projects. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline. CA/CPA qualified or working towards (preferred). 1-2 years’ experience in accounting, ideally within financial services, funds management, or corporate environments. Proficiency in NetSuite (essential); exposure to other ERP/accounting systems advantageous. Strong Excel skills for reconciliations, reporting, and data analysis. Ability to thrive in a high‑volume transactional environment with excellent attention to detail. Clear communication skills and a proactive, team‑oriented approach.
