Role Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and client-centred Exercise Physiologist/Physiotherapist (Contractor) to join our team on a casual basis. This role is ideal for someone looking to build experience, gain independence, and enjoy flexibility in how and when they work. The role includes opportunities to run 4 person small group classes, particularly those aligned with the ONERO™ bone-density program, as well as 1:1 sessions depending on workload and interest. As a new and growing clinic, referrals are becoming increasingly consistent, and while there is strong demand, we will work with you to gradually build the client load you are seeking. You can expect supportive guidance without pressure or micromanagement as your caseload develops. Key Responsibilities Deliver evidence-based exercise physiology services to a diverse caseload. Run small group classes (4 participants) Conduct individual consultations as required. Maintain professional and clinical documentation in line with industry standards. Collaborate with the owner and team to support client progress and clinic flow. Contribute to a supportive, friendly, and patient-focused environment.
