Job Description Working across both Reception and Food & Beverage outlet Supervise, train, and support front office staff to deliver outstanding customer service. Oversee daily operations of the reception/front desk area. Manage check-in, check-out, reservations, and guest inquiries efficiently. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Monitor staff performance and provide feedback to encourage development.
