We have an opportunity for an Associate to join our Banking & Finance practice in Brisbane. You will work as part of a nationally collaborative team, advising a variety of stakeholders including financiers, borrowers, sponsors and state governments on a wide range of financing transactions. We act for clients across a variety of sectors including energy and renewables, natural resources, property and infrastructure; and through a variety of financial products, including project finance, asset finance, leveraged finance, syndicated debt and debt capital markets. If you are an Associate (2-4 PQE), with demonstrated transactional experience gained in a reputable commercial law firm, we want to hear from you.
