About the Role: As a Facilities Coordinator , you will provide essential support to the Facilities Manager to ensure all properties are well-presented, compliant, and efficiently managed. This role involves coordinating contractors, scheduling maintenance, tracking compliance, and assisting with tenant communication. You’ll play a key part in maintaining operational excellence and delivering value to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Assist with compliance requirements, including certificates and legislative obligations. Coordinate and schedule routine and reactive maintenance requests. Liaise with contractors and service providers for site access and works. Maintain preventative maintenance schedules and property condition reports. Support monthly reporting, CAPEX tracking, and data integrity across systems. Be the first point of contact for tenant maintenance queries and escalate issues as needed. Provide general administrative support to the Facilities Manager and Senior Property Manager. About You: Previous experience in facilities management or property operations. Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with tenants and contractors. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management systems. Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment. Current driver’s licence. Benefits: Competitive salary.
