Job Description Maintenance Officer – Oaks Sydney Goldsbrough Suites Join a small, high-performing team in a hands-on role where no two days are the same. We’re looking for a proactive Maintenance Officer to support the Building Manager and ensure the smooth and safe operation of our iconic property at Oaks Sydney Goldsbrough Suites. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Building Manager with day-to-day building operations and general maintenance tasks. Work closely with our 24/7 Concierge and Security team to respond to onsite needs. Conduct regular pool water testing and maintain cleaning plant equipment. Complete general painting, repairs, and ongoing facility upkeep. Support contractors with plumbing repairs and other scheduled maintenance activities. Perform pre-alarm investigations and troubleshoot building or equipment issues. Program, troubleshoot, and maintain Vingcard electronic lock systems.
