As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you’ll supervise daily operations, lead and support the team across breakfast, lunch, dinner, and events, and ensure seamless, high-quality guest experiences. Flexibility for AM and PM shifts, weekends, and public holidays is essential. What you’ll do: Supervise day-to-day operations across restaurants, bars, and event spaces Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service Support recruitment, rostering, and payroll processes Collaborate with kitchen and event teams to ensure smooth service Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation Manage guest feedback professionally and uphold brand standards Assist with stock control and inventory management
