Key Responsibilities: Manage daily operations across all food and beverage outlets, maintaining high standards of service and operational efficiency Lead, mentor, and develop the Food & Beverage team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, training, and strong performance Monitor financial performance by tracking revenue, controlling costs, and managing budgets to maximize profitability while minimizing waste Collaborate with the Culinary team to optimize menu pricing, promotions, and offerings that reflect guest preferences and market trends Partner with Sales & Marketing and Conference & Event teams to ensure flawless event execution and client satisfaction
