About the Role Are you looking to develop your skills in People and Culture Administration, and Recruitment and Selection space? If yes, we would love you to join the ATSICHS Brisbane People and Culture Team in this permanent Full Time People and Culture Administrator role. Partnering with the P & C team will enjoy providing administrative services and advising staff across the organisation in P & C administrative process. You are a clear communicator, organised and efficient. You love connecting and building relationships with those you are supporting. You will have the support of your fellow People and Culture Team members, who will guide and support you as you settle into the role. Duties Monitor the People and Culture inbox, respond or escalate to relevant team member. Provide advice to ATSICHS Brisbane staff on People and Culture related administrative matters. Undertake primary administrator duties of the HRIS e.g. undertake reporting and audits as directed and guide others in navigating the HRIS. Developing and implementing P & C related administrative processes. Backfilling Recruitment Officer role. Support the Corporate Services approach to holistic service delivery. Ability to build rapport with People and Culture Service users. Ability to use a range of computer applications. Ability to operate independently with limited supervision and guidance. National Police Check. Working with Children's Card (Blue Card) or willing to apply. Driver's Licence. Evidence of working rights. Travel between work sites on a regular basis. Preferred Previous experience in a similar administrative support role. Certificate IV in Human Resources. Experience working in a complex and changing organisation.
