Speech Pathologist — Full Time (Truganina VIC) Location: Truganina VIC 3029 | Salary: $90,000–$100,000 per annum | Start: Immediately About the Role We are an established allied health practice seeking a motivated Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team. This full-time position offers a varied caseload across pediatric clients, with a focus on language disorders, fluency, cognitive communication, and bilingual support. The role is ideal for candidates at graduate, junior or senior levels who hold at least a Bachelor’s degree and current Australian health practitioner registration. What You’ll Do Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans for children and adults with speech, language, fluency and cognitive communication disorders. Provide individual and group therapy sessions, tailoring interventions to client goals, cultural background and communication needs. Support bilingual clients by delivering culturally responsive therapy and collaborating with interpreters or family members where required. Monitor progress, update documentation, and prepare reports in line with professional standards and funding requirements. Work closely with occupational therapists, physiotherapists, educators and other professionals to coordinate care and achieve holistic outcomes. Participate in regular team meetings, case conferences and professional development activities to maintain best practice. Key Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Speech Pathology or equivalent; postgraduate qualifications are desirable. Australian health practitioner registration: General, Limited or Provisional accepted. 1–6 years’ clinical experience across pediatric and adult caseloads preferred, with openness to graduate clinicians. Experience or interest in bilingual speech pathology, cognitive communication disorders, fluency and language disorders. Eligibility to work in Australia: Australian citizens, permanent residents, occupational trainee visa, work (business) visa or student visa holders will be considered. Strong written and verbal communication skills, clinical reasoning and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
