About the Role: An opportunity is available for an experienced Speech Pathologist to step into a Team Lead position in a neurodiverse clinic in Wyndham Vale, VIC. This is a permanent role, leading a small multidisciplinary team of part-time clinicians within a neurodiversity-affirming practice framework. The position combines clinical leadership and supervision with a reduced caseload, allowing you to remain hands-on while supporting high-quality service delivery and team development. You will provide guidance and mentoring to clinicians delivering neuroaffirming, strengths-based speech pathology services to children and young people. Working closely with families, educators, and other stakeholders, you will support inclusive practice aligned with the social model of disability, ensuring therapy is respectful, collaborative, and responsive to individual communication needs.
