Their latest Senior Project Manager opportunity will see you lead a team on either a large Aged Care or Education project. Which project it is will depend on timing. The Senior Project Manager on either a large Aged Care or Education project will be able to demonstrate their ability to: Lead a landmark projects from $50m - $150m Drive project success from ECI / tender phase through to handover Collaborate with a high-performing leadership team who value innovation and delivery excellence Take ownership of program, budget, and client relationships on a flagship project Enjoy a culture that rewards initiative, collaboration, and long-term career growth The Senior Project Manager will have the following attributes: Ideally a Construction Management degree or equivalent tertiary qualification Demonstrated experience working as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager for an established construction company High rise project experience is extremely attractive Ability to manage a team of Contract Administrators and supervisors Commercially astute Ability to effectively manage Industrial Relations Company: They are well known for having a culture which allows people to use their own initiative and a self motivated person will definitely enjoy things here and flourish.
