About the Role My client is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to service, maintain, and install automated packaging equipment across customer sites. You’ll work on a wide range of machinery including robotics, PLCs, servo drives, conveyors, pneumatics, and mechanical systems. What You’ll Be Doing Service, repair, and maintain automation and packaging machinery Commission new equipment and assist with upgrades/updates Fault-find electrical, mechanical, PLC, and drive systems Interpret AutoCAD drawings and technical manuals Travel interstate and work extended hours when required What You’ll Bring A Grade Electrical Licence Post-trade experience in field service or industrial maintenance Strong mechanical aptitude (hydraulics, pneumatics, drives, robotics highly regarded) PLC experience – Allen Bradley, Siemens, or Omron Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD electrical/mechanical drawings What’s on Offer Company Ute, fuel card, laptop & phone Exposure to diverse automation technologies Supportive, safety-focused team culture Our Client An iconic and highly respected brand, our Client specialises in the development and distribution of advanced technology, systems, and consumables for product-marking applications.
