Introduction About the Role: We are looking for a full time Account Manager to be based in the Middlemount region on a Monday-Friday roster. Reporting to the Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to the below: Act as the first point of contact for Protech’s employee’s on-site Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction through innovation and process improvement Ensure service delivery aligns with contractual obligations and service level agreements, identifying areas for improvement Attend pre-start meetings Track and report on employee performance, attendance, and productivity, providing feedback and support to improve outcomes Prepare reports and conduct monthly stake holder meetings Monitor and enforce compliance with site safety protocols, Protech policies, and relevant legislation, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees. What we’re looking for: Required: previous experience as a Site Coordinator or Account Manager in the Mining & Resources sector Middlemount region based Intermediate experience with Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, Teams & Outlook Highly organised with attention to detail Goal-orientated and results driven Ability to work within a close-knit team and unsupervised Rights to work in Australia Current drivers licence Why Protech?
