Job Statement We are now seeking a Graduate Mine Surveyor to support our Leonora underground and open pit operations, contributing to critical survey functions that enable safe, efficient, and compliant mining activities. Working across our portfolio, this role allows you to make meaningful contributions from day one while learning from experienced mining professionals and leaders who will guide you through all stages of the mining lifecycle. The Opportunity: Assist in conducting underground and open pit surveys to support production and development activities Perform pickups, mark-ups, set-outs, and spatial data capture in line with operational requirements Maintain survey data, digital models, and plans using industry-standard software (e.g., Deswik) Support the delivery of daily, weekly, and monthly survey reporting Participate in the preparation of mine plans, designs, and end-of-month reporting Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the technical services team Learn from experienced surveyors and rotate through key survey functions as part of the graduate development pathway We’re excited to hear from you if you have: Recently graduated with a degree in Mine Surveying, Geomatics, Spatial Science, or a related discipline, or hold the relevant certifications A willingness to learn and enthusiasm for developing technical capability across both underground and open pit survey functions Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams What you can expect from us: A caring and supportive culture: join a team that truly cares about your growth and success.
