Key Responsibilities Identify and drive continuous improvement across technical practices Ensure claims teams meet performance and APA targets Work with the Legal Manager to develop and implement performance strategies Lead entitlement and forensic review activities, including fraud identification and referrals to WorkSafe Provide technical guidance on claims management and legislation Support claims teams to meet service, compliance and performance measures Develop strategic initiatives and procedures to uplift performance and compliance Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships Support organisational compliance with legal, governance and WorkSafe requirements Review claims practices, identify trends and recommend improvements Partner with the Legal Manager on strategies to support remuneration and performance outcomes About You Strong technical expertise in the Victorian Workers’ Compensation scheme In-depth understanding of relevant legislation and WorkSafe guidelines Experience in a technical specialist or similar senior role Skilled in managing stakeholder relationships and competing priorities Excellent time management and organisational skills Strong problem‑solving, negotiation and strategic‑thinking ability Proven experience coaching and mentoring case managers Our culture and benefits DXC is committed to building better futures for our customers, colleagues, environment and communities.
