About the Role We’re seeking casual Registered Nurses to lead and deliver high-quality, person-centred care in our residential facility. You’ll oversee complex clinical needs - including wound care, pain management, dementia and palliative care - while guiding Enrolled Nurses and Care Assistants to deliver exceptional service and clinical excellence that upholds our commitment to resident wellbeing. What You Will Bring Possess a Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification Hold a current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse At least 6 months experience in Aged Care as a Registered Nurse (or significant EN experience) Possess excellent clinical knowledge and skills Enjoy building positive relationships with residents, their families, and staff Why Choose Eldercare?
